The Nu Wray, established in 1833, is a popular three-story colonial inn on the Burnsville town square. The inn has a rich history of hospitality, hosting such notable guests as Mark Twain, Thomas Wolfe, Elvis Presley, Jimmy Carter and Christopher Reeve.

It features 13 guest rooms that can be rented individually, or the entire inn is available for wedding, reunions and large groups. Guest rooms are traditional and well maintained. Clawfoot tubs are available in some rooms. All rooms sleep two people, except for three rooms that can
accommodate up to four.

Enjoy rocking chairs on the front porch or escape to the landscaped courtyard behind the inn for a secluded respite in the heart of town.
