About this Property
Come to the mountains and stay in our historic mill house renovated into a private two bedroom living quarters with front and back entrances. Enjoy silence and nature from our outside private deck. Air-conditioned and ceiling fans. Walking distance to downtown. The area has a wonderful variety of artists, musicians and restaurants.
Annie's place is comfortable and quiet with lots of windows. We have a collection of art work from many of the local artists. From our outside deck you can relax surrounded by mother nature. Please note the bathroom tub shower combination is for shower only.
Guests have access to the house as shown and the parking area in the driveway but do not have access to the yard.
We are close to all your outdoor activities, hiking, rafting, fishing and swimming. The community pool is less than a mile away.
Various festivals happen throughout the year. Asheville is only 40 minutes away and offers much to see and do.
