Hawksnest Cabin

Welcome to peace and serenity in the Blueridge mountains! We are nestled at 4200 feet with 2 acres of woodland with a backyard spring fed creek providing crystal water and soothing sound effects. Looking from the front yard are mountain views of the majestic Black mountain range. All roads to the cabin are easy access with no 4wd needed. Our cabin is adjacent to the Pisgah National Forest with hiking trails within minutes of the cabin. Experienced hikers will enjoy the Big Butt trail as well as longer hikes to Mount Mitchell and Craggy Gardens on the Blueridge Parkway.

Hawksnest is centrally located in Western NC just 45 minutes north of Asheville and the Biltmore estate. The Navitat zipline is less than 10 miles away and provides an exhilarating experience. Depending on whether you take main roads or the less traveled scenic cut- through roads, the Blueridge Parkway is minutes away.

Our home is 2800 sq. feet that includes 4 bedrooms,3 baths, open living area upstairs and a downstairs game room. There is room to sleep 10-12 comfortably. Sleeping accommodations include 1K, 2Q upstairs with a downstairs bunkroom with 2 twin cedar bunk beds. Both living areas have flat screen tv's with soundbars and Directv. Wifi and a landline phone are provided. Ping pong table and hot tub also downstairs.
